At Eerie Coffee Company, operated by Shaffer Foods LLC, we strive to process all orders as promptly as possible. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within one (1) to two (2) business days following receipt of payment.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

  • During periods of high demand (such as holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping method, which generally takes three (3) to five (5) business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to inclement weather, carrier service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates and Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Once an order is accepted by a carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • Shaffer Foods LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
    If you encounter an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. For assistance, our customer service team may provide additional guidance, but we cannot guarantee resolution of carrier-related disputes.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.


8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please verify that all order details are correct before completing checkout.
