Classic Café Latte

     

      Ingredients: 


    - 1 shot of espresso (about 1 oz) 


    - 8 oz of steamed milk 


    - 1-2 tbsp of vanilla syrup (optional) 
     

    Instructions: 

    1. Brew a shot of espresso using an espresso machine.
    2. Steam the milk until it's hot and frothy.
    3. Pour the espresso into a cup.
    4. Add the steamed milk, holding back the foam with a spoon, then top with a small layer of foam.
    5. Sweeten with vanilla syrup if desired.

     

    Mocha


       

        Ingredients 


      - 1 shot of espresso (about 1 oz) 


      - 1 tbsp of cocoa powder or chocolate syrup 


      - 8 oz of steamed milk 


      - Whipped cream (optional) 


      - Chocolate shavings (optional) 
       

        Instructions:   

      1. Brew a shot of espresso.
      2. In a cup, mix the cocoa powder or chocolate syrup with the espresso until well combined.
      3. Steam the milk until hot and frothy.
      4. Pour the steamed milk into the cup with the espresso and chocolate mixture, stirring gently.
      5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.

       

      Caramel Macchiato 


         

          Ingredients:   


        - 1 shot of espresso (about 1 oz) 


        - 8 oz of steamed milk 


        - 1-2 tbsp of vanilla syrup 


        - Caramel sauce 
         

          Instructions:    

        1. Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of your cup and add vanilla syrup to the bottom.
        2. Steam the milk until hot and frothy.
        3. Pour the steamed milk into the cup.
        4. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it over the milk (this creates the "mark" on the milk).
        5. Drizzle more caramel sauce on top.

         

        Iced Coffee


           

            Ingredients: 


          - 1 cup of strong brewed coffee, cooled 


          - 1/2 cup of milk or cream 


          - Ice cubes 


          - Sweetener to taste (sugar, simple syrup, or flavored syrups) 
           

            Instructions: 

          1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
          2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
          3. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
          4. Add milk or cream to your taste.
          5. Sweeten with your choice of sweetener and stir well.

           

          Cold Brew Coffee


             

              Ingredients:   


            - 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee beans 


            - 4 cups of cold water 


            - Milk or cream (optional) 


            - Sweetener to taste (optional) 
             

              Instructions:   

            1. In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water.
            2. Stir well and cover. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
            3. After steeping, strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter.
            4. Serve over ice and add milk or cream and sweetener if desired.

             

            Affogato

             Ingredients: 

              - 1 shot of hot espresso (about 1 oz) 


              - 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream or gelato 


             
              Instructions:   

            1. Place the scoops of vanilla ice cream or gelato in a bowl or glass.
            2. Brew a shot of hot espresso.
            3. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream.
            4. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful contrast of hot and cold.

             

            Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá)

               

                Ingredients: 

               
              - 2 tbsp of coarsely ground dark roast coffee 


              - 2 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk 


              - 4 oz of hot water 


              - Ice cubes 
               
               

              Instructions:   

              1. Brew the coffee using a Vietnamese drip filter (phin) or a French press with the hot water.
              2. While the coffee is brewing, add sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
              3. Once the coffee is brewed, pour it over the condensed milk and stir well to combine.
              4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir again.
              5. Enjoy this rich and sweet iced coffee.

               

              Irish Coffee

                 

              Ingredients:

               - 1 cup of hot brewed coffee 

               

              - 1-2 tbsp of brown sugar 

               

              - 1.5 oz of Irish whiskey (Jameson Irish Whiskey-Triple Distilled) 


              - Whipped cream 
               

                Instructions:   

              1. Brew a cup of hot coffee.
              2. In a heatproof glass, combine the hot coffee and brown sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
              3. Add the Irish whiskey and stir to combine.
              4. Top with a generous amount of whipped cream.
              5. Serve hot and enjoy.
